YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Club is a loyalty program by YSL Beauty (a member of the family of brands under the L'Oreal Singapore Pte. Ltd. portfolio).

To register for a Dare & Love membership account online, simply sign up here . Only profiles that agreed to be part of YSL Beauty Singapore's membership program and its terms & conditions will be enrolled into the programme.

Your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Club membership account will be activated on the day of successful registration online or at any of our official YSL Beauty stores.

Your YSL Beauty Membership ID is the mobile number which was used during registration.
Please remember to provide your mobile number to our beauty advisors when enquiring about your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Club account at our YSL Beauty stores.

You can earn YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points when you make purchases of YSL Beauty products and services:
(i) at http://yslbeauty.com.sg;

(ii) at any official YSL Beauty stores in Singapore; and/or

(iii) with our authorized retailers and partners (TANGS at Tang Plaza, Metro Paragon, Isetan Scotts, Takashimaya SC and BHG Bugis)

(" Qualifying Purchases ")

Every S$1 (nett spend) (excluding GST, service charges, credit card charges/fees, and other transaction fees) on Qualifying Purchases will earn one (1) YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Point. YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Any YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points earned from the Qualifying Purchases will be reflected in your account within one (1) working day after the date of purchase at YSL Beauty stores or online via http://yslbeauty.com.sg.

Yes, you may log in here to check the points summary of your Dare & Love Rewards Club membership account.

Please log in to your account here and update your information at any time. You will be awarded an one-time twenty (20) Dare & Love Rewards Points upon full completion of your profile.

(i) Please log into your account here and go to 'Rewards Dashboard' to choose the gift that you would like to redeem with your available YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points.
Gift redemption will expire 30 days from date of redemption and is only available for online redemption via http://yslbeauty.com.sg.

(ii): If you would like to redeem your gifts offline at any YSL Beauty counter, please visit the Dare & Love Rewards Members' Portal via http://yslbeautysg.com.sg to redeem your Dare & Love Rewards Points and select the respective outlet for your redemption.

(iii): For offline redemption at any YSL Beauty counter, only one (1) voucher may be used against one (1) YSL Beauty product. Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction if there are multiple YSL Beauty products purchased in the same transaction.

(iv): All vouchers (Gift Vouchers and Tier Upgrade Vouchers) cannot be used for together with other ongoing promotions.

All Gift Vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of redemption via Dare & Love Rewards Club Members' Portal at http://yslbeautysg.com.
Gift Vouchers can only be used offline at any YSL Beauty counters.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of the product purchased from yslbeauty.com.sg, (“Website”) you may request for a full refund or exchange by requesting to return the product within seven (7) days from the date you receive your order.

Subject to the following:
- Item must be purchased from the Website;
- Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
- All returns and exchanges requests must be accompanied with a legible copy of the original sales receipt/invoice; and
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Refunds must be made at our offline official stores (excluding Tangs Orchard, Isetan Scotts, Metro Paragon, Takashimaya Ngee Ann City and BHG Bugis) within seven (7) days from the date you receive your order, with the valid receipt. When you request for a refund, you will be required to return all products, travel sizes given during the purchase. Any vouchers redeemed and used with points from the transaction will be deemed invalid and the voucher value will not be refunded. Any points earned from the refunded transaction will also be invalid and member tier may be downgraded if necessary.

Exchanges must be made at our offline official stores (excluding Tangs Orchard, Isetan Scotts, Metro Paragon, Takashimaya Ngee Ann City and BHG Bugis) within ninety (90) days of purchase together with the valid receipt.

Each Membership Tier is valid for twelve (12) months from the date: (i) of activation; or (ii) where the account is upgraded to the next higher tier whichever is later. For example, a 'Silver' tier account activated on 1 January 2020 will maintain the 'Silver' tier' until 31 December 2021. If the same 'Silver' tier account is upgraded to 'Gold' tier on 1 June 2020, the (now ) account will maintain the 'Gold' tier until 31 May 2021, unless the account is upgraded to the next tier. 'Gold' and 'Silver' tiers will be downgraded to the next tier if the respective requalification thresholds are not met.

'Bronze' Tier - No need to requalify as members in this tier will not be downgraded

'Silver' Tier - Accumulate S$300 in nett spending to re-qualify for your 'Silver' Tier. Members who do not manage to accumulate S$300 spend will be downgraded to 'Bronze' Tier.

'Gold' Tier – Accumulate S$800 nett spending to re-qualify for your 'Gold' Tier. Members who did not manage to accumulate S$800 spend will be downgraded to 'Silver' or 'Bronze' Tierly.

Your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points will expire on each anniversary of the date of activation of your account (see A3). For example, if your account was activated on 1 January 2020, your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points earned between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020 will be valid until 31 December 2020. If the same account (which was activated on 1 January 2020 ) was updated to the next tier on May 1, 2020, your YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Points will continue to expire on December 31, 2020.

YSL Beauty Dare & Love Rewards Club members are entitled to a one-time discount during their birthday month. Birthday discount is only available for offline redemption at any YSL Beauty counter. Birthday discount is limited to one redemption per profile per year during the birthday month as recorded upon profile registration. Discount can only be applied to a maximum of 6 quantities of the same product/item.
